Return & Exchange Policy 

At Grand Praxis, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Eligibility

• We accept prepaid orders only.

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.

2. Returns & Replacements

We offer free replacements (via the Exchange option in your order portal) in the following cases:

• Item received is damaged

• Item received is defective

• Wrong item delivered

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be shared for verification

An unboxing video is strongly recommended to help us verify and resolve claims quickly.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Change of mind

• Color or size preference issues

• Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences

• Normal wear and usage

• Gift cards

4. Refund Policy

Customers may choose either a free replacement (via Exchange) or a refund in eligible cases.

In case of a refund:

• Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and approved

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

Note: In your order portal, the Exchange option corresponds to replacement. Please follow the instructions when submitting a request.

5. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

i) Log in to your customer account on our website, or access the Return / Exchange portal directly.

ii) Request your return or exchange:

• If you’re logged in, open your order and select “Return / Exchange”.
• If you access the portal directly, enter your order details to proceed.

Note: In the portal, the Exchange option corresponds to a replacement.

iii) Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and may contact you to request clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification. After verification, we will guide you through the next steps:

Exchange → replacement sent

Return → refund issued (if replacement is not available or requested)

Following this process ensures a smooth and efficient resolution for your request.

6. Final Approvalch

Grand Praxis reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any replacement or refund. Approval is subject to verification of the claim and product condition.
